Audacious Development came to fruition in the summer of 2014 in Vancouver, WA after the founder Bryce Cloutier purchased his first investment property. After adding more units to its portfolio Audacious Development is currently looking to expand further and widen the scope of its original residential goals to include commercial real estate. Bryce is a Licensed Real Estate Agent in Washington State with Ryan Realty and can help you facilitate sales, purchases and leases of residential and commercial Real Estate.

Bryce is an enthusiastic collaborator with a knack for investment opportunities and business ventures. A handful of years after obtaining his Entrepreneurial Studies Degree from Washington State University he set his sights on focusing on the industry of real estate and continues to expand his knowledge and skills in that field as member of The National Association of Realtors®
